Shipping Policy
Merchandise will be shipped via reputed courier company such as FedEx, DHL, TNT,
etc. depending on the destination and is subject to standards, regulations and delivery
limitations.
Diwan Saheb makes every effort to ship all orders within 3 to 5 weeks from a confirmed
order. As every garment is custom made specific measurement and the lead time depends
on the products ordered. The order can shipped guaranteed within 4 weeks with the
express shipping option available on check out (Additional charges of USD 59 per
transaction). In case of any custom duties levied by custom officials in the destination
country, the same shall be borne by the buyer. If an item is out of stock or there
is a question regarding the order, you will be notified by email. Please respond
promptly to expedite the process.

Return Policy
Our clothing is 100% custom tailored and we have NO REFUND policy. However,
we have a 99.9 % success rate, as we review the measurements provided on the basis
of height, weight and individual’s pictures to ensure a well fitted garment.
