MEASUREMENTS

Q. Are the products readymade or made to our specific measurements ?

Ans. All the orders placed on our website are made to measure and the measurements are taken from you as a part of the ordering process. So it is a good suggestion to keep you measurements ready when you are placing the order. However, you can also skip the measurements when you place the order, and add them to your profile at any later time. Please keep in mind that the delivery time of the goods would be only calculated from the time we get the order and the measurements both. In case you want to see what kind of measurements you might need, you can register online and edit your profile, where you can see and edit your measurement charts.

Q. Can you make custom changes to the garments according to our specifications ?

Ans. The products are by default made exactly how they appear in the picture. In case certain changes need to be made to the design and colors of the outfit, these can be customized and designed as per your specifications. You may fill in your measurement details in the charts in your profile on the website, and mention the changes in the remarks section. We do not guarantee that all your specifications regarding design changes will be met, but our experts will work closely with you to tailor your specifications with accuracy, and meet your required specifications, as long they are viable. We will get back to you via email in case there is something to be discussed.

SHIPPING

Q. What are the shipping charges ?

Ans.All prices of outfits mentioned online are exclusive of the shipping charges. The shipping charges would be displayed when you edit your cart and can vary from USD 50 - USD 90 per outfit, to all international destinations.

Q. What about the custom duties ?

Ans. We hold no responsibility for any custom duties or other charges imposed by customs or other departments in your country. Such duties and charges shall be borne by the customer, and our company does not stand liable.

Q.What long do you take to ship the goods?

Ans. We would generally need 3-4 weeks to process the orders and to manufacture the goods to your specifications and measurements. We would need an additional 5-7 working days to deliver the goods to all international destinations. It is a good idea to keep 6 weeks in hand while ordering products with heavy embroideries and embellishments. In case of special cases, we can expedite the process at an extra charge which can only be discussed over the email.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Q. How can I cancel my order ?

Ans. The orders placed on our website can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order. Any later than that shall not be allowed, as all our products are made to your required specifications, and cannot be cancelled.

Q. Can I make any changes to the order once it is confirmed ?

Ans. The orders are to your specifications, and hence, no changes can be made once the order has been confirmed from your end. However, if you wish to make any changes, you could send us an email and we will try our level best to incorporate those changes.

Q. What is the return policy? What if I dont like what I get?

Ans. The garments would be made exactly as they appear in the pictures, with minor changes which you might feel due to photography. As the goods are made to your required specifications and measurements, none of the goods purchased on our website can be returned. It is strictly a NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGE policy.

Q. What if the clothes dont fit us as desired?

Ans. We will try our level best to create the garments to fit you the best way possible, on the basis of the measurements that you provide us. In case the measurements our not accurate, or there are any minor alterations, we shall not entertain any returns or exchanges. However, if you wish to make any alterations to the garment, you can ship the garments back to us at your cost, and we shall get them altered and shipped back at our cost.

Ans. We have a team of specialized designers who work closely with seasoned craftsmen & designers who have mastered this art since ages. Besides, our expert designers also try and innovate with western styles to create an interesting melange of both.

Q. What are Sherwanis ?

Ans. A Sherwani is a very elegant dress for the men and mostly worn during wedding ceremonies these days. It is one of the most traditional Indian coat like garment worn by men, fitted close to the body, of knee-length or longer and opening in front with button-fastenings. A lot of variations to the same are available with the changing trends.

Q. What are Indo Westerns ?

Ans. An Indo western is very close to a sherwani. The major difference lies in the way both the outfits are worn. A sherwani is very traditional and is worn with a Kurta and a Pajama, whereas an Indo Western is more modern and is worn with pants. The Indo-Western is also shorter in length as compared to a sherwani.

Q. What is so special about a Jodhpuri Suit ?

Ans. Prince or a Jodhpuri Suit is an Indian alternative to the lounge suit or tuxedo. Its length is similar to suit jacket and its standup collar is its focal point. Worn with matching trousers, the impact can be quite stately. Its fabric choice is akin to that of the western suit. The Indian Jodhpuri suits are generally ornamented with intricate pointer embroideries which add to the class of the product.

Q.What are Kurta Pyjamas ?

Ans. Kurta Pyjama originated from Northern India and has become a common traditional Indian groom wear. The kurta is often long, by about a few inches below the knee, accompanied by fitted narrow pants (pajama), adorned by embroideries and embesslishments. It is a perfect garment to wear for lighter occasions like the ring ceremony, and other small ceremonies and get together in the family.

Q.What are Stoles ?

Ans. Stole is a rectangular long scarf, which is worn around the neck to compliment ethnic outfits. Stoles are embroidered, beaded or pointer-printed depending on the kind of outfit it is worn with. It is an accessory that completes the look of an Indian outfit and enhances the royal look.

Q. What kind of Western outfits do you offer ?

Ans. We offer both casual & formal western outfits like - Corporate Suits, Designer Suits and Shirts & Trousers. These are available in a variety of designs. Besides, we keep updating our collection as per the changing market trends.

Q. What are Safas ?

Ans. Originally from Rajasthan, safas are turbans made from a single colorful strip of cloth. Colorful safas are seen in most of the traditional north Indian weddings. Worn as a tradition in Indian weddings, the saafa is one of the most important accessory for the Groom on the wedding day. Also accompanied by the KALGI at time, which is a small broach pinned on the front of the saafa usually with feathers attached.

Q. What are Juttis ?

Ans. . Juttis are traditional Indian Footwear, which usually have a pointed toe, which sets it apart from other footwear. These jutties include beautiful embroideries, which add the real glow to the footwear, usually matched with the embroideries on that garment, giving it a unique look.
